Welcome to the Health and Life Skills page of the Youth and Family Club of Pomona Valley! We are dedicated to promoting holistic well-being and equipping youth with essential skills for a healthy and fulfilling life. Our programs offer a diverse range of activities that cover physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Our programs focus on two key areas: health education and life skills development. We are committed to providing a comprehensive approach that addresses the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of youth development.
In our health education programs, we strive to equip youth with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed decisions about their health and well-being. Through interactive workshops, informative sessions, and engaging activities, we cover topics such as nutrition, fitness, sexual health, substance abuse prevention, mental health, and more. Our goal is to promote healthy habits, build resilience, and empower youth to take control of their own health.

REAL Teens Relationship Plus
Our teen relationship class provides a safe and supportive environment for adolescents to explore healthy relationships, communication skills, and personal boundaries. This class covers topics such as consent, effective communication, conflict resolution, and building positive relationships. It equips teenagers with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the complexities of relationships in a respectful and responsible manner.
